The interactive community for planning a fulfilling 100-year life.
Who we are
President John F. Kennedy stated in 1963 that “It is not enough for a great nation merely to add to the years of life. Our object also must be to add new life to those years.”
We agree. Longevity is increasing and scientific advances in public and private healthcare are putting 100-year lives within reach. So, our challenge today is to lead a fulfilling life throughout the longer life-spans.
Age Brilliantly is an interactive community of people of all ages committed to leading healthy, happy, and fulfilling 100-year life through a more holistic approach to living.
Our multigenerational network of peers and experts supports one another by sharing authentic experiences, insights, and expertise.
My AB is created to empower you – and your family, friends and community – to adopt the mindsets and behaviors needed to act now and throughout our lives. It’s available 24/7.
When should you start? Don’t put off for tomorrow or after “retirement@65”, when you can do something today. Life is fluid, not a set of static stages. Whether you’re 22, 44, 66 or 88, you’re never too young or too old to create and enjoy businesses, relationships, and adventures.
What we live by
Aim for a longer, purpose-driven life, to unlock a greater potential than you ever thought possible. The lessons learned from experiences will compound throughout the journey.
“Plans are worthless, but planning is everything.” Planning helps you build mental muscles (grit, persistence, resilience, etc.) to adapt to life’s changes. You transition from who you are to whom you want to become in each phase of life through experiences, insights and wisdom.
An ounce of prevention with health and the other Life Essentials (i.e., finance, relationships, careers, passion, purpose, learning, and time mastery) generates opportunities for maximum life fulfillment. Don’t cheat your future-self.
Nurture all Life Essentials throughout life and prioritize them based on your present and future needs. Avoid a “post-retirement identity crisis” by developing a strong sense of self, filled with passionate skills and hobbies, shared relationships, and meaningful purposes over a lifetime.
The Harvard Study of Adult Development reports that strong, quality relationships is the best predictor of long-term happiness, health, and longevity. Be a SharExer™: a role model who shares experiences and expertise with other people, so they can lead fulfilling 100-year lives.
